When you try to make a VCD in Nero, you only have to options: NTSC or PAL. My problem is that my MPEG is NTSC FILM, the most obvious difference is fps, which is 23,9 (or something around it.....) for NTSC Film and 25 for PAL and 29 for NTSC.
My question....
Is it possible for Nero to burn NTSC Film? Or will I end up with the crappy result it has given me so far....?
Thanks for yo answers

I suggest you start using TSCV or VCDEasy to author your movies, for one, they will support all type of movies, secondly, you can even had True Chapters (in TSCV you can even do real menus) and lastly, you will be doing a fully standard VCD/SVCD disc.
Nero should support the Film, because it basicly just looks at the Video and Audio settings like resolution and bitrate.Email me for faster replies!
