    I have tried to do everything you guys say to get my pc to play mpeg2, off of a svcd, but I keep getting un supported media type errors when I try to play with Powerdvd 4. I'm using a p4 1.7ghz with 2kpro, and I've installed everything I need...including your mpeg2 codec, nemo codec.
    Nothing seems to help.

    Yea I get the same problems. I can only get it to play the Mpeg2 with WinDVD.

    Success!!! I was trying to get the file to run by pressing the play switch on the control panel, when all I had to do was open the mpeg2 file using the software.
