I'm really needing a rush of votes for my furniture commercial. It's called "Raw Furniture"
Do a fellow forum dweller a favor and throw me a vote. There is a very painless, short registration, and you can use a throwaway address you don't ever use if you want......but please vote.

I really appreciate all the advice I've read here.....I think this forum has a great group of people.
Thanks!

How are you a "fellow forum dweller"? With 4 posts, 2 of them site spamming, you don't quite qualify as "on of us".

About the maturity level I expected from you.
It's not that you "haven't posted as much as (me)", but rather the spam of your first posts.
Lame "attempt" compounded with whoring out your kid in an atrocious attempt to cash in on the "cute" factor.
I'm sure you'd get much better results back at Fark or Somethingawful. Or have you been banned from your usual hang-outs? -
1 - Don't be an ass.
2 - Don't expect people to register for things they don't care about.
3 - The commercial is boring.
4 - The commercial is a cliche of what most all crappy local commercials look like. Sticking your kids in a commercial is so 1970s. The local cable company inserts some really crappy ones where I live. Not just crappy, but downright damned annoying.
The concept of trees for "raw furniture" is a good idea, but the follow-through just did not happen for you. Sorry.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

I'm not sure what the harm was in asking people to vote, and why people get so hostile about it.
Anyway, after I answer the below post, I'm finished with this thred. It is going nowhere constructive. -

2) I can agree with that.
3) It may be boring, but it's better than the majority of the ones posted. It wasn't meant to be an MTV stlye cut, which seems to be the only thing most youngsters can pay attenetion to these days. If something doesn't have a quick cut every .5 seconds then it's lame or boring.
4) It was supposed to be like the crappy local commercials. And if it's "so 1970s" to stick your kids in commercials, well, Houson must be stuck there, cause almost all of them still do it. And it was a play on that.
To be honest, I made this in a few hours. I wanted to get it uploaded by the next day. There are a lot of things I could have done in hindsight, but I can't change them now. And thanks about the idea, comment.....I wasn't going to use it, but it seemed a bit corny, but I talked to a few people and they said go with it.
Anyway, for whoever looked, voted or not, and had the civility not to show hostility, thank you very much.
