    I want to encode the file using h264 codec but it gave me this error since yesteday & I dunno what to do to solve it??

    Your video resolution must be divisible by 16 in both directions. You have to resize and/or crop your video before encoding. In your case, 480 is OK, by 360 is not.

    What is used version/build x264 codec?
    You try latest DeathTheSheep x264 VfW United codec?
