  1. I hate the use of different apps for converting different dormats, so i use SUPER alot.

Now i'm looking for a similar converter, but with better quality. SUPER produces sometimes framelosses and audio-mistakes.
    Who knows something for me?

Quality comes from using dedicated apps and dedicated processes, based on input and output formats.

The problem with all-in-one solutions is that while they may have a wide range of skills, they always end up being pretty mediocre at all of them.

First and foremost, you must remember that there are a lot of formats in use out there. Some are easier to convert than others.

Secondly, most people who create and distribute video out on the net have little to no idea what they are doing.

Add the two together, and you can see why almost all solutions, general or specific, have problems from time to time.

If you want quality and control, and therefore the best chance of getting a good outcome, you have to learn a range of tools, as well as a lot about digital video, codecs etc. This was, if something does go wrong you have an understanding of why, and therefore an understanding of the best way to resolve the problem.

If you want something simple then you have to forego a level (and sometimes several levels) of quality and control.

If you are careful, and think about what it is you really need to do, you will probably find that you can get it down to 3 or 4 good quality solutions. However if you want (or feel you need) to convert low quality or proprietary formats such as FLV or Real, then you will have to settle for lower quality outcomes.

As an alternative to super you might consider

    MediaCoder

If you want better solutions (and are prepared to put a little effort into learning how it all works) I would suggest

    AlltoAVI
    AutoGK
    FAVC
    AVIDemux
    WinFF
