    Hello !
    How can we extract motion vector from an MPEG2 stream, I am looking for a library since long but unable to find one. Also i plan to code myself but am unable to find the mpeg file format anywhere, I mean the header address, offset, macroblock start, end etc............Please help

    Get the MPEG2 spec here
    It has all the information you need to get the motion vectors.
