I just installed Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0 on a system running Vista Home Premium. After completing the installation, when I attempt to load the program, I get an error message that says I must launch it as Administrator to complete the license and after that any user can use it. On the system the only user is also administrator. In any case, I right clicked the program icon and selected "Start as Administrator" and it loaded OK without the error message but I didn't find any place having to do with "license". After closing the program and attempting to load it in the normal manner, I still get the error message. What's going on?

I expect in will stop working under any method 15 days from the first run..
You probably need to call Adobe and work out how to properly activate Premiere.
Once you get it running you can experience how like all Adobe Software this package is a resource hog.
