VCD probs

Ive just made a 1:1 copy of a vcd (rat race) and it wont play on my dvd player. I used clone cd, a cdrw disc, all of which ive used before with success. my player does accept cdrw of the brand im using. I've never had any probs in the past. I burned at x2 speed. It does play on my puter, just not the dvd player. any ideas?

Open the mpegav file and copy the dat file to your pc then just rename .dat to .mpg then use nero or whatever you use to make another vcd hope that helps
