    I believe you would have to get written permission from badongo, and I doubt they will give it, if indeed they own the rights to the video. If they don't then you would have to find the real owner and get permission.

    You can give it a try. But you may be better off finding some non-copyrighted video and create a similar video file.

    For embedding any video on a website, someone else will need to help you with that.

    Isn't there a new clause where you can use the digital media and, if requested for removal, then comply and take it off?

    You could put it in an I-frame so it looks like it's on your site...but when they change the video to porn...uh...you'll look pretty silly
