I'm using ConvertXtoDVD and it's really great. I did not experienced any problems aside from these:

a.) I have mkv subbed files (ass format) in which whenever I play them in VLC, I have to manually select the "Subtitle Track" in order to view the subtitles. Whenever I try to convert them to DVD using ConvertXtoDVD, subtitles do not appear. I tried to extract the subtitle using MKVExtractGUI and save it in srt format and manually added it in the converter. It says that the subtitle is an external one. Then when it starts to convert, the video preview doesn't show any subtitles.

I even tried TMPGenc and Total Video Converter to convert them to AVI then will hopefully convert them again using ConvertX. But same results apply. Then I thought of making a hard-subbed mkv video in which the subtitle is automatically viewed then convert it to DVD. This idea came into my mind because I have a previous hard-subbed mkv video and no problems occured when I convert it using ConvertX.

b.) It seems to be the subtitles of the dvd converted from ConvertX is located too low in the TV screen. I know there will be some adjustments to be done in the interface but I don't know what.

Please help me. I have already tried various methods using the guides here in the forum.
