Can anyone recommend an editor for quicktime movies? As I have plenty of avi. editors, I initially tried converting to avi. using Boilsoft mov. converter, but the audio was hopelessly out of sync. Now I want to try editing in QT first, then converting, hoping the synch problem will be less obvious.
    Any suggestions<

That mpeg streamclip converter will open many different file and MOV too. It has a very basic cuts editor too as I come to discover myself. I seem to have issues with Quicktime MOV in other editors like Virtual Edit which the audio sounds like its underwater.
You may need to convert the MOVs to DV AVI type2 to edit them on a PC.

Ever since Adobe Premiere has been on Windows it has allowed Quicktime or AVI project settings. I'm not sure about Premiere Elements.
