    May i know how to reduce video bit rate ? except reduce video bit depth, video resolution and video frame rate. Will have any big drawback to the video ?

    You reconvert/transcode the video and yes you will lose some video quality depending how much you reduce the bitrate. If it's a dvd use dvd shrink, dvd rebuilder, etc.

    By reencoding at a lower bitrate. Lower bitrate = lower quality. And every time you reencode you lose some quality (regardless of bitrate used), so reencoding to a lower bitrate is losing quality 2 ways.
    In fact neither reducing video bit depth nor video resolution nor video frame rate reduces bitrate, but they all allow for the use of lower bitrate.
