    Hi all,

I'm looking for somebody to capture video for me, right now just a couple of times a month, but that could increase soon. This is for personal use.

The video would come from cable TV or Direct TV, so the person would need access to this, and specifically the new FOX Business Network. The segments would almost always be 5 minutes or less.

I'd need the video captured at either regular NTSC or if you have DirectTV and Fox Business, I'd prefer HD, but not necessary. I don't need the raw file, but would like it captured to flash video at full resolution and also something lower, resolution to be determined, both 30fps. Both files would be e-mailed to me or posted via FTP, so you can be anywhere.

If you are already set up to capture, this entire process should take less than 10 minutes each time.

Please send me a message or reply with contact details if interested.

    Thanks!

10 minutes? You're either kidding or fail to understand the process. It would take at least 10 minutes just to FTP. More to encode to Flash. You cannot capture directly to flash, FYI. I deal with something similar to this on a regular basis (shot to camera, not recorded off tv), and it takes a few hours for the whole process (captures, edits, encodes, uploads). Fast computers, fast net connections, know what I'm doing. This stuff just takes time.

This would be costly, time-consuming, and just generally not much fun. I hope you pay well.
