I just purchased this DVP about 1 week ago and tried to follow the hack suggested on this forum for the DVP3960. However, once in setup, there does not appear to be a setting marked 'preferences'. The unit's reg cards lists that model as DVP3960/37. Did I manage to find something unhackable or am I not looking in the right spot?
