I've been splitting my DVDs with vobblanker and pgcedit pretty much by using this guide, http://download.videohelp.com/jsoto/guides/VobBlanker/splitdvd9/index.php. Haven't really had many problems, but Die Hard 4 is confusing me. The VTS containing the movie has 2 PGCs containing interleaved cells. I'm not sure how to proceed blanking from there so that I end up with basically half the movie on one disc and the rest of the movie on another. When viewing the cells in each PGC, they look almost identical. The sizes are very different, though. One PGC is 5095 MB, the other is 2307 MB. Can anyone help?

I'm guessing this disc is structured this way because it contains both the theatrical and unrated versions of the movie.

    Thanks. 8)

  2. If you want to use VobBlanker for the job, you'll have to remove one of the angles first and then split it, as it doesn't support ILVU. Didn't it warn you when you opened the DVD?

Yeah, it said I could process them (it originally marked it as Skip), but that there might be pauses, etc. during playback. Thought there might be some way to do it.
