  1. Is there any way to make ALL the mpeg movies I encode to vcd full screen.I use Tmpge or Virtual dub to encode.I don't like the letterbox I get on some of the movies.Some movies are full screen and some are not,and I encode with same settings all the time.{352=240,ntsc 29.97 fps.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated,as this is getting very frustrating.   2. You can crop using Virtualdub. Load the "null transform" filter (does nothing but activates cropping) click cropping (clipping in early versions) and adjust. Of course you'll get eggheaded people unless you reduce the width by a similar amount. Then resize.

    Finished avi will be zoomed in, poor quality and have bits of the shot missing, but if that's how you like your movies.....
