I have read from the hacks that this DVD can be de-regioned and Macrovision disabled. Can anyone confirm the FW version that these hacks work with? Also, who last bought one from Currys/Dixons. I just want to make sure that Grundig haven't closed the hacks in any updated FW. Really would appreciate the help.

Or if anyone could suggest another DVD that is multiregion and can have macrovision disabled (without a mod chip), that would be very handy.

Looks like RicherSounds have stopped doing the CyberHome AD-M512 which was my first choice
