I bought a sony handycam DCR-HC90E about 2 years ago, the video and picture quality seems getting worse and worse, I am planning to buy a new one, however after reading some info on web, I have realised the tape one is still having better quality. Relook at my current one, i have been using hard disc duo instead of tape, cos it is troublesome. However, my main concern is the video/picture quality, do you have any suggestion to improve it?

What do mean "have been using hard disc duo instead of tape"? What is that?

What kind of picture quality problems are you having with the HC90E?
