Hi there,
When I render my videos (mpg 2 ps) from my JVC Hard Drive Camera the video tends to skip frames. The video its self is all right when played out side Premier.
It normally starts jumping when a transition is added and the video has been rendered.
Any Suggestions?![]()

Yeah. Re-convert the files to DV first. Even though Premiere says it works with MPEG1 and 2 files, they will cause you nothing but problems.
And the problems you are describing are common across the board for Premiere (I've had this too). So converting to DV first is really the only way to solve this....
