    One good way is to use SWiSH 2.0 from Swishzone.com. It's really a flash animator but you can export it into a AVI file. It's free for 15 days and it cost 50 bucks(us) to register. Great Deal. I already made a title screen for a video with animation and it looks great!

    Or the ideal step after that would be Macromedia Flash. It'd be very simple, just make a text box of your credits, and have them scroll up from bottom of view area to top of view area. Everyone in this forum should learn Flash if they're interested in adding their own effects to their VCDs.
