    Hello i am using sony vegas. when i have a still picture in the video section and i apply a effect to it the affect applys to the whole video. how can i just put the effect on just the picture?

    Right-click on just the image, and select VideoFX. If oyu apply the effect to the timeline, it affects everything. If you apply it to just the clip (video ro still) it affects just that clip
