I have some media files which have sub titles all the way thru them, and I read that running the file thru VDub it would remove them because they were not seen there. Any after doing so the audio is now lagging behind. How can I get it back inline?
Thanks

I guess you have one avi file with switchable subtitle ?

Try remove the subtitle with virtualdubmod instead, under streams->stream list and select no if you want to rewrite any vbr mp3 audio. You can also try remove the subs with avimuxgui.

And you should be able to disable the subs when you play the avi with if you use vsfilter or ffdshow as subtitle filters.

Thanks Baldrick, avimuxgui did the job for me and quick. Virtualdubmod still caused a lag in the audio
