I just did a stressed out job where i extracted an m2v in dgindex and wanted to mux in another wave audio file and burn back to dvd. Problem was, the video was from a DVD recorder set in EP mode which generates half-d1 video.
Adobe Encore only supported 720x576 so I am currently transcoding+burning the video (2,2hrs) in Premiere and it's taking ages, putting a large production behind schedule =) What would be the fastest way to do this without transcoding? Also, compressing the wave to a more manageable format in the process would be needed to fit the data back onto a disc.

dvd-lab, tmpgenc dvd author. You can compress the wav to ac3 with an external converter.
