    Saw this for $69 without the hdd but supports up to 500Gb NTFS or Fat32. Multi format compatible and transfers from computer via usb to hdd on unit then plays standalone to tv via svideo or composite or to separate monitor via vga connector. Looks very small and portable.

    There are other versions but this is the one I saw locally and wondered if anyone else has used it.

    I haven't seen any information of that brand, but all of the other various brand media players I have seen reviewed have poor video quality, even from high quality source material.
