    I'am development a project and I need to know
    Which is the size that 100 pixels will show on a LCD TV of 17 and 20 pol?
    NTSC 4:3 720x 480 Full D1
    NTSC 16:9 720x480 Full D1

    look the image, which is the size on TV if in my computer has 100 pixels

    It varies because TV sets overscan in different %. That is why safe area is used for presentation.
