I want to burn 4 different avi divx files to dvdr as data and all 4 files have their own sub files.
I've never tried it so I'm wondering if this will case any problems with my divx player (Phillips DVP3960). Meaning will it be able to read and use the correct sub files?

Srt subs?
Just burn on a dvd-/+rw and test. Be sure to name the video and subs same but with different extension lideo video.avi, video.srt and it should probably work fine.
