Sorenson Sq 4.5 Crashes - My Firstborn for anyone who helps!

Folks,

I have Sorenson 4.5 loaded onto my PC and until a few days ago it worked perfectly. A colleague loaded Flix Pro 8.5 for Flash onto the PC and that's when the problems started.

Sorenson, which ran perfectly, began crashing. I uninstalled Flix, but the Sorenson problem remains. I uninstalled and reinstalled Sorenson, but the problem remains.

Does anyone have any insight? I've tried everything I can think of and the pile of work is starting to back up. I welcome any/all advice.

Have you tried to restore your computer to before the problems started? This will rewrite your registry which won't happen if you uninstall something. It should but often leaves remnants on the install.

By the way, I'm not interested in your firstborn having one of my own already (however, if you are young, attractive and female, I may be interested in helping create it.......).

I did restore - to no avail.

When it crashes do you get any error messages ?
If you look in the application logs at the time of the crashes do you see anything about the errors ?
