  1. Can i play NTSC dvd's, if i got region free player? Or does the player have to be special support for NTSC? I got AFK DVD-101. I live in PAL area and so far only played PAL dvd's on my player.

    Don't know about your particular player, but a vast majority of PAL equipment handle NTSC just fine. On my player I at times notice a slight jerkiness (when there's a continous movement on screen, like a slow pan) but nothing I can't live with.

    You also need a TV set that supports NTSC.

    You should also edit the title of this thread to "Can I Play NTSC in Finland"...maybe other Fins will tell you what your chances are.
    As Mats said....most European PAL equipment can handle NTSC.
