aight i got screen n shit in my ride, anyways everytime i try playing a burned dvd (of music videos) the audio is real nasty, like distorted and cracky. and i dont kno why? anyone got any idea's? my dvd player in my car specs are this:
video format: mpeg1, mpeg2
audio format: mpeg1, mpeg2, pcm, dolby digital, dts, analog stereo
audiosignmal/noise ratio: 90db
thx all
edit: i just tried the same burned dvd in my ps2 thats in my house, and it plays good , the audio isnt distored and cracky, so i guess its gotta be the dvd player, but its a new dvd player.

Trying to work my way through the completely illiterate and garbled language you have written here, and the almost total lack of usable detail, the best I can offer you is the following :
1. If you want help here, write legibly. If English is your second language, that's fine. If you just want to sound like you are on Pimp My Ride, get a life.
2. Provide real details. What is your player ? Brand and model would help. What software did you use to convert your videos ? From what to what ? What software did you use to burn them ? What media did you burn to ?
3. Most in car players are rubbish. If even something as poor as a PS2 can play the disc, and your car player can't, then most likely it is the car player at fault.Read my blog here.

all i read from what u wrote on the first/2nd paragraph wuz "buh buh bullshit". but umm, my player is a Fuma SDV-801. i burned several dvds, i used um..convertxvid or something like that for the first few, and it did the same thing. usually from avi or any other video format to vcd/svcd/dvd. the car can play the disk, it plays it good, just when the audio plays it sounds distorted and cracky.

maybe the player. well is there a way i can convert the video's audio ( the ones i download ) to what the dvd movies use(ones u buy in store)? cuz when i play a movie or something, the sound is fine.

ConvertXtoDVD does that for you. A lot of car players don't play burned DVDs very well.
If you want to try a different program, try FAVC or DVD Flick. Burn with Imgburn. Buy Verbatim or TY discs and use those instead of whatever you are using now.Read my blog here.
