    yo all

    I used SUPER to encode my mpeg to 25 fps and 320x288... and like the normal bitrate and then tmpgenc says its bitrate is too high for dvd which it isn't! i also tried putting it into nero but it just says unable to insert blah blah blah...

    i even encoded it to the worst bitrate like 64 or soemthing and it still says its 100000 or something

    Use ReStream to change the bitrate in the header. You may have to demux it first.

    okay error

    your trying to re stream a multiplxed file! Only MPEg2 elementary files are allowed! Demultiplxes the video stream first

    okay i got past that bit

    it now says the GOP is too long :S

    how do i change the GOP to pal?

    What is your original source file? why not simply go directly to TMPGEnc for encoding so you dont get a bad encode from SUPER?
