Wordpress categories pages as a list?

When you click on a Wordpress category, it shows whole posts. If you have a bunch of long posts, only the first one can be easily read, the others are crammed farther down the page. Is there a way to convert the category page into only show a list of pages by title, and then you've got to click on that title to actually see the post?

I've been looking for a good while now, and not come across anything.
