hey all, I have a question for one of the guides. It is called converting from PAL DVD to NTSC DVD. If i have some PAL movies that are not burned. Is that guides still can be followed because i quickly read some of it and there talking about if the PAL is already on a DVD so i would need to rip it? In my case it's on the HDD. I do know if i did follow the guide i would just skip the ripping part, am i right or wrong? I really thought it could be helpful and i like this forum.

  2. I don't do this conversion but am somewhat familiar with the concept. The conversion is done with MPG files, the process should be exactly the same with a ripped DVD as it is with the files on your HD. Should work just fine, just skip the ripping part as you suggested.
