2.5 crashes

I have 3 avi assets and when i hit the create disc icon i get the following crash and the program shuts down

Does it happen straight as you hit the icon? Is there a log for this?

Yes it happened as soon as i hit the button strange thing is i have tried again using all the same assets and it has worked this time
