    I have an error in Tmpenc. The error is Can't load P3Package.dll. Does anyone know what that error is? I followed a guide to convert from AVI to DVD. Now the time has came to start the process and i get an error. Can someone please help me? Thank you

    I got a rid of that .dll error but a few minutes into the movie i get scan line out of range?

    https://www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc.htm#problems covers the P3Package.dll problem. Don't know about the latest problem.

    The index of your video screwed. You need to rebuild it. I believe you ca do this in AVI Demux, DivxFix and probably Virtualdub.
