I saw somewhere a while back a program where you could create simple slideshows and it showed one of the things you could do was have like a table sitting in the background and have your pictures fall and spin as if they're landing on the table and continue to pile up on top of each other as the slideshow progresses... I cannot find or remember what program it was that does this, but was interested in trying it out. I know I got it from some link on here.
Thanks

Nah, it wasn't Wax, it was some program that I used to have. Wax may be able to do it, but i'm thinking of a different program. I dunno. I remember trying out Wax(think it was 1) about a year or more ago and was unable to figure out how to use it. Is it any more user-friendly?

Memories on TV has something like this in it's clipshows catalogue. I suspect the iDVD also has something like this. I don't know that either of them allow you to place the photos on an object, however once you have created a slideshow video it would not be difficult to composite this onto another clip. Memories on TV is at www.codejam.com

Is something like this: Falling slides?
It's done in DVD slideshow GUI, using 'Overlay' as transition, which lets you animate on top of the previous animation.
