    Hypothetically, cause I couldn't find a rule that says you cannot. Say I were looking for someone who owned a specific disc and had the ability to rip the extra I'm looking for. Would I be breaking a rule on the forums? Where would one post such a request?

    If it's a copyrighted DVD and you don't own it, asking someone to copy it or copying an extra yourself would be a rules violation. The main thing is ownership as applies to fair use.
