Hi folks,
I have 2 avi files (1300 kb/s, 25.000 FPS) and the runtime for the movie is 2 hours and 3 min. I want to emerge these to files onto a DVD and achieve the best result, as I am very finicky when it comes to quality.
What program(s) should I use to achieve this?

Belfour,
Did you go through any of the conversion guides in this forum. Guess not.
Personally I prefer to use TMPGEnc Xpress 4 to encode my AVIs to DVD compatible MPEG-2 file. Then author it and burn it with TDA.
In TMPGEnc open a new porject and load both your AVIs into it. Select the output template as DVD PAL since you have 25 fps files. Then start encoding. TMPGEnc will automatically encode both the files and produce a single output file. Then author it with TDA or any other DVD authoring tool.
I suggest you once again to go through the "How To" section of this forum. When I was born I was so shocked that I could'nt speak for 18 months. -

This app will do an outstanding job. Use the HCenc encoder set to 'Best'.
