    In the comparisons chart encoding was done with cce using tmpeg to resize could someone please tell me how this is done

    Open the avi in TMPG, set source aspect ratio and target aspect ratio.
    Save the project. Convert the project with VFAPIconv. Load the fake avi into cce.
