    Does anyone know any good (but free :P) digital equalizers (i think thats the right word...im tired) so that i can control the frequencies and output them to different speakers?

    Sounds more like a mixing desk that you need.

    you know if you have surround sound and you set different KHz to different speakers... like that but controlled on my PC......
