Slow skipping response on MPEG1 2-pass VBR

Hey guys,

I'm using TMPGEnc to encode a video to a 2-pass VBR and when u try to skip forward or backward in the media player, there is a delay until the video starts moving again. Is there any way to correct this? A setting in the encode?
