movie is shaking

hello,
I own a dvd camera sony dcr-dvd805E equivalent to dcr-dvd405.
after I finelaize the disc I copy the content to the hard disc
(the vob,ifo... files) and try to burn with nero vision.
the result is when I try to watch the movie iv a dvdplayer
every 20 seconds there is shakking, so I changed the
dvd writer and the media to verbatim nothing helped,
olso I have noticed that the camera access to the dvd every aproximately
20 seconds for writing the disc.
I have no idea how to solve the problem.

do you notice the shake if you play the dvd on your computer also?
