Is there a way to convert dvr-ms files to mpeg with the same video quality? I would like a freeware program that does this. Any ideas?

it says it's already mpeg2 so try changing the extension -

I've never used it, but the write up sounds like it does what you want.
I found it last week from a Google search for DVR-MS...There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

Thanks guy, and in the future, I'll be a little more specific
