Convert Mpeg 2 HD files using x264

What software can i use to accomplish this? Hopefully there is a simple way to do this.

Do you want to convert to a blu-ray directly? Avchdcoder, Ripbot264, D2mp. All are you using x264 and can convert to a blu-ray/avchd structure.

I would like to both convert directly to blu ray structure and convert the file individually without blu ray structure.
