    Is there anyway to make a divx that has ok quality to an svcd with better quality. Like what filters can i play with. And what prog is best.?

    GIGO: garbage in, garbage out

    You cannot ever "improve" quality.

    You can use some filters to remove noise, etc., and although this may look "better", in reality you are losing even more detail from the original.
