Hi all, I have downloaded a video from a peer to peer network. Windows Media Player won't play it back because I don't have a licence and it won't play in my region. It tried to aqquire the Liscence, then reported it couldn't play the file. Where can I get/buy the License?

Once I can play the file I can convert it. Obviously if it won't play I need additional Codec or something. So until I know what it is, I don't know what format to convert it to.
    Cheers Mike

If you don't have the license you can't convert it or are not allowed to convert it. We don't know where to find the license for your video.

If you find the license see https://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/decrypters-wmv-itunes-etc

    End of discussion.
