  1. im getting a 37 westinghouse 1080p tv this week and was wondering what is the best card used for hdtv. i have a piv 3.06 1gb ram ati radeon 9700 pro. looking for built in tuner and hopefully capture. thanks.

    Take a look at hdtvtuner.com There's a lots of information about HDTV cards there.

    swiss, one place to start is our 'Capture Cards' page to the left. That will give you a idea of what is available and what some members say about them. I have used a DViCO FusionHDTV 3 QAM / ATSC card and now have a MyHD MDP-100 for over-the-air HDTV. Both work fine, but there are other newer cards out at present. If you are interested in OTA HDTV, also look at http://www.antennaweb.org/aw/welcome.aspx for OTA stations in your area.
