    heya every one i am looking for a program that can cut the op and ed from anime in various formats can be one program or many

    For AVI - Virtualdubmod.
    For MKV - Try AVIDemux.
    FOr RM - ....i don't know...maybe REVE.

    And click on Tools and Video Editors(basic).

    But expect a lot of problems like sync issues, reconverting video....so it's not worth it to cut at all...
