    Hi,
i really don't know what am i doing wrong. i started first with an SRT subtitle file which was
edited and timed with Subtitle WorkShop. then i converted it to an SSA file with Subresync.
in Notepad, i added Color Tags(marked Blue) to some lines, like this:
Dialogue: Marked=0,0:00:11.60,0:00:15.70,Default,,0000,0000, 0000,,{\c&H00FF00&}this should be Green.
Dialogue: Marked=0,0:00:37.00,0:00:42.50,Default,,0000,0000, 0000,,{\c&H00FFFF&}this should be Yellow.

They show ok on my PC, but they're still White on my Divx Player(Pioneer DV-393).
i don't want to add them permanently to the Avi file, each time i need some colors, wasting
    time and quality.
    what am i doing wrong?

    Thanks

I would think you are lucky that the player plays ssa subs at all. I would think that it is a simple case of the player not supporting the colour tags. Generally you are limited to whatever fonts (size, face, colour) the player's firmware includes.

    thanks,
i suspected that, but i wasn't sure. now i see that even Italic subs are not
    supported either. what a shame.
