    I am working with dvdremake, and doing test dvds to make sure everything is working before I burn. the only way I can actually get the files to play correctly is if I burn to rw then put it in the dvd player. if I play the folde in windvd, I cant check the menu or press any of the buttons? Is there anyway to make the files play as it would if it was an actual dvd I am playing?

    Select "play dvd from hd" or similiar and choose the video_ts folder with windvd. Or play with videolan or mpc and select the video_ts folder or the video_ts.ifo.

    Thanks so much Baldrick. I always choose source new playlist when viewing dvd projects. Never noticed dvd from folder.

    Do you know if its possible to set play dvd from folder as the default?
