I am using Mac OS X 10.4.7, I installed all the plugins, but whenever I convert a .mov file to a .flv file it creates it, but the resulting .FLV file is 0KB. The original .Mov file is 5 MB
What am I doing wrong?

Possibly the audio and video stream are in inverted order in some MOV files. Try enabling "invert mapping" in the audio tab.
